FAQ

SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME:
All orders ship free of charge. After ordering, we will take 1 to 3 business days to dispatch your item(s). In case there's a personalised item in your order, it will be dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. 
Note: do not forget to add 2 business days to be delivered.
DELIVERY:
[im]perfect send your order by Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter or Parcel Service which its estimated delivery is 1-2 business days. The orders aren't tracked throughout their journey but it provides a reference that gives an online delivery confirmation.

PACKAGING:
[im]perfect sends all orders plastic free.
If you bought a pot with a plant please bear in mind that the packaging doesn't prevent to have some loose compost inside the pack.
Also, plants can not be kept locked in the cardboard box more than the time strictly necessary for delivery to the address given to us by you. Do not forget to open your package as soon as it arrives or your plant may die and/or damage the pot.
NOTE : If you need that your order arrives for a specific date leave a note at the checkout or contact me before or immediately after your purchase.
